Criminal & DUI Cases
Traffic tickets, misdemeanor criminal charges, and DUI cases are billed at a flat rate. Felony cases are billed at a flat rate or hourly, depending on the complexity of the charges.

Family law, water law, and property law cases are billed hourly due to the fact that these types of cases vary in complexity and length.

Estate Planning and Probates
Wills, living wills, and powers of attorney are billed at a flat rate. Discounts apply for spouses who are both having wills, living wills, or powers of attorney drafted at the same time.

Wrongful Discharge, Personal Injury & Wrongful Death
Carlson Law bills wrongful discharge, personal injury & wrongful death cases on a contingency fee structure, which means if your case does not obtain a favorable jury verdict or settle prior to trial, you are not charged.
